"I'm the creator of the OWN Method—a straightforward, neuroscience-based approach to help you break free from the automatic reactions that can hold you back in life and relationships. With years of experience in clinical psychology and a passion for helping people unlock their potential, I’ve developed the OWN Method as a way to address the unspoken, often unnoticed childhood baggage we carry into adulthood.
The OWN Method is designed to give you practical tools to "check in" with yourself, identify what’s triggering you, and know how to respond intentionally, rather than reacting from old patterns. By observing, understanding, and owning our emotional responses, the OWN Method empowers us to shift out of survival mode into a more thoughtful, intentional way of living. Whether you’re working on personal growth or aiming to improve your relationships, the OWN Method provides a clear path to understanding and reshaping the stories that have shaped you.
If you’re ready to own your story, change your narrative, and take control of your reactions, the OWN Method can be your guide to lasting transformation."
